The Complete Lido Map Of All UK Outdoor Swimming Pools A complete lido map of all outdoor swimming pools across the UK, with 160+ across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

Definitely-I remember some fabulous spots there. No excuse here now with people swimming all year now. Even England has some amazing Lidos and are regenerating many of derelict facilities. We just shrug our over shoulders here.

I stayed up for Cillian but he was from my neck of the woods. If I give up next week I wont feel as bad now. Disappointed in the pair of them πŸ˜…

Paid well by the UAE to project a shiny veneer over the reality of what life is like behind the scenes

Every person I have heard interviewed has gushed on about the rollercoaster of the last few days etc. I haven’t heard one person show empathy with civilian populations in Iran or the gulf states who weren’t in transit, on hols or are so called β€œexpats” (ie immigrants)

I feel sorry for people who don’t get cats. If she doesn’t get it I mightn’t be as disappointed now… (Ill still stay up though)

Had the pleasure of seeing 3 people alongside us thrown out of a Richard Hawley gig. Though Id passed a few comments to them (& got told to stop being a mammy), it was the people in front of us got security. Beer down the back of a neck proved too much.

Turns out Jessie was too good to be true πŸ˜”. My sister was the beneficiary of a similar situation- she has her lovely boycat Winnie 5 years now. I often wonder did his previous owner’s relationship last…

Same - coming to the stark realisation that those ads are aimed at me 😳. My gym had a programme last year aimed at getting over 60s to workout- much better

I know they have had a Polish mass there for years but that will just transfer to another church. Tbh I cant see the 4 of them in that small radius remaining open in 10 years time.

It was inevitable really. St Frances church and Peter & Pauls are a stone’s throwaway and Trinity and South Parish within a 10 min walk. Very handy when we were small visiting all the cribs at Christmas.

The mangoes smelled so wonderful. I did my year there in the 90s and I reminisce about the watermelons as well. What we get here is a pale shadow

He really is the biggest political damp squib ever (damp squib is being very kind). Embarrassing to think I thought after 14 years of the conservatives, our neighbours and many of my family members would have decent government

Delighted to see this as a UCC graduate.
I wrote to the Cork ETB regarding their presence and that of their schools on Twitter - both my teens are in ETB schools - they said they’d look into
it. The National ETB didn’t bother responding.

Same but I only ever liked Ruby grapefruit especially the juice. The yellow ones remind me of my mother torturing herself on diets in the 80s..

Compared to some of the food referred to the thread, that’s practically gourmet!
