We’re on tour in south Texas - yesterday was our day off so we went to South Padre Island and had a lovely seafood lunch. The waiter was a huge Godzilla fan and we had a great time chatting about the Monsterverse. “Joy where you can” is the best we can do right now. 💙

I felt that same elation tonight, thanks to the new Muppet Show special. We are about the same age (50 very soon), and it feels like one of my oldest dearest friends has come to visit again. Thank you to everyone involved for this. I truly hope this is the start of a long beautiful run.

I was giddy when they arrived. Even though there were only 3 episodes per cassette, and completely out of order, I was ecstatic popping them in our VCR to revisit some of my favorite characters.

The original. The one and only. The show I absolutely adored as a young child, the show I used to watch as reruns late nights in high school. I simply HAD to have it.
