Taking a break from fab post, holy moly Slay the Spire 2 is incredible. Played a few runs last night and with my partner who has never touched this game before. This is an incredible sequel that feels bigger than most games even in early access. Love the new systems can’t wait to play more tonight.

Lighting has to access to split damage, plenty of go again , card draw, above rate damage, instant speed tricks and that’s before getting into the class/talent cards.

We need a hard reset for this industry, theres no way it can survive with so much talent out there unable to find work. You can't automate and assembly line your way through art.

This #fabtcg set is a big swing and a miss for me. It’s been over 800 days since both Lexi and Iyslander were legal in CC. Aurora was gone for under a year.

Lighting is arguably the strongest cardpool in CC. Go again is the best key word fab has to offer. I’m hoping there are some bans before June

The Calling this weekend in Montréal was one of the best tournament viewing experiences I've had in a long time, I loved every second of it! And a big part of that was thanks to the amazing casting duo of @howlingmines.com and @ellybird.bsky.social who provided boundless insight and laughs! #fabtcg

I think there is a real reason to play her when Briar and Kayo are at the top but she is much worse into kano and engima which is tough.

It warms my heart that 15 years later that Icefrog designs broken heroes on release that Reddit will tell me is bad because of their winrate.

There’s a sliding scale imo. I think 4 costs off tunic are more of a thing for guardian where you expect games to go long and you’ll get many uses of your tunic. As well guardian is fine blocking with cards when they don’t fit your cost curve. Ninja tries to play all of their cards.

100% think it’s class/talent subjective. Ninja’s expensive cards cost 1 and guardian’s cost 5+. Lighting and earth are similar.
