The whole point is that AWS, GCP, and Azure are all highly distributed, and if some foreign adversary has the capabilities to successfully destroy hundreds of data centers, a small business website doesn’t matter anyhow. Everyone is probably totally fucked/dead at that point

Yeah but all of the major cloud providers have third party audited controls against insider threats and cell based architecture, which limits the blast radius of human access to systems and data
