Good morning from Fortaleza. HDI NNE conference

I've been 5 days in Sao Paulo Navigating the coffee scene. Lattes that sometimes look like cream cakes, cappuccino that look like their in a thimble. Some too sweet.
On the last day, I found Starbucks 50 meters from my hotel. I feel so American with my iced shaken espresso, no classic, and so happy!

It feels so weird. 5 a.m., and the sun is up. Sleepless in Sao Paulo.

Week long visit to Sao Paolo for CIO sessions, podcasts, and the HDINNE conference in Fortaleza.
I love the energy and enthusiasm in Brazil!

One year of XLA Institute. Mini celebration with so much more to do. But we are open in the Netherlands, UK and Brazil. US Q1.
There is so much to be grateful for. Just not the weather in Holland. It sucks!
