#MCAS folks talk to me about how to help a flare. Woke up in the middle of the night with puffy eyes, swollen painful fingers, stomach bloating, flushed cheeks, etc. This morning my blood sugar and resting heart rate are unusually high too. Took an extra zyrtec but what else can I do?

My apple watch will show the Visible warning "you've spent two minutes in your exertion zone". I think if you have it set to tell you immediately it should show up on your watch as long as your phone isn't open.
Why pray tell does my CGM refuse to report my blood sugar accurately when it is on my left thigh? Had to take off the new sensor and put a new one on my arm. They're so expensive!! I am cross.
