This was one of the two turkeys we cooked. Smoked this one and did other one via Julia Child's de-constructed turkey in the oven. I like turkey and ham. Not so into steak anymore.
In my opinion, buying a 12 pound turkey you are paying for bones. Better off buying a couple roasting chickens.
