prosciutto and spinach quiche fresh from the oven

Made a quiche this morning for the first time. prosciutto, spinach, mozzerella and provalone. It turned out really good!

We did sous vide ribs, Brussels sprouts salad with creamy maple dressing, Hawaiian macaroni salad, and brown butter sage rolls.
