An oldie but a goodie — this classic #EasyAF braised short rib recipe is just what I want with the frigid temperatures hitting NYC, and I’m hoping it brings some joy and warmth to you, too! This recipe uses the perfectly tender meat for a sandwich, but you can enjoy it any way you like!
