Had a 10k race, it was 85 degrees and humid, I kept thinking I was finally getting “runners high” got home and realized I was 5lbs lighter. Turns out all I got was the dehydration.

Just signed up for a 15k next weekend because “if you sign up, I’ll sign up” is the worst form of peer pressure also I’ve never run more than a 10k before so this should be interesting
Wouldn’t say it helps the game but it certainly improves the mood while playing. Alcohol and shrooms totally hinder my game both taken together or separately (that was a fun experiment)
I’m doing a half this fall, I may take the penjamin with me and reward myself with a hit every mile
Took 2 1/2 minutes off my time and unlike my last race I never felt like I was going to puke or pass out, I’m sold!!
