It's dangerous for people with low tech literacy, but Claude has been a powerful self-advocacy tool, and doctors have consistently respected the questions/ideas I've raised as a result of consulting it.

The autism eyes test is kinda funny. One of the most autistic people I've known is extremely good at reading expressions bc he studied the shit out of it. The experience of speaking to him on the phone vs in person was markedly different.
