berkut meanwhile would benefit most by having someone put their full bodyweight on him. unironically. hes very touchstarved (doesnt know he is) and physical touch would mean a great deal to him. he wouldnt know how to ask for it though so he'll be a fly on the wall just to have company #berkutqotd

she doesnt get upset easily so if she does, she needs and wants distance/space to clear her head. she'll talk to someone if she feels the need to but it has to be on her own terms

distractions. best way for her is to spar/train with someone she deeply trusts to burn the energy off, and if shes up to it, she may eventually talk. try to get her to open up too soon and she will give them an extremely cold shoulder :( she sucks :( #nanaqotd
