Someone just asked me for writing tips, and my gut level response was "all writing advice is fake, just read books you like and write as much as you can and eventually something will be good" but then I thought about it and I had some actual advice!

I never got much into twitter, I was late to the party and I felt like twitter was a joke that everyone else got and I was just standing there in the corner, laughing politely.

I haven’t found my upper limit yet.
I always knit sweaters for my demons. They need to be warm.
So I really appreciate what you’re doing - showing, explaining, being very matter-of-fact “this is what it is”. This type of approach helped me a lot when I was at my most sick!
I’ve experienced long covid so I can have a tiny glimpse into what that reality could look like. Understanding my “new normal” and being able to explain it to others, so that they don’t pity me but treat me as a full person, but with a different “normal”, was a real challenge.
