Anyone else mostly just run on the ball of your foot only? (Just the ball of your foot touching the ground)
I can only run like that or else I run a lot slower and my head hurts as if I hit my head on something every time my foot touches the ground. (If I'm not running on the balls of my feet only)

I'm more scared because the last time this happened, ants really did appear in a couple of days. I'm hoping that doesn't happen again. I didn't use to be this scared of ants, one time they were all in the house, I was a little scared of them but I didn't feel unsafe sleeping with ants in the house.
