I want to reiterate, although I am in no way obliged to say it, that I am doing this for my health and not to lose weight.

I sit inside all the time these days AND I have plantar fasciitis (hälsporre) so I can't really go for a walk everyday. Maybe one day a week but I hate walking for no reason other than health.

I went swimming today! I forgot how heavy wet bathsuit and towels are! I also forgot how Swedish people avoid being seen naked at all costs, including in the sauna! I've been to Germany too much... #swimming

Anyone got an idea for how often I need to go swimming to build a little bit of fitness condition? I want to work a bit more on my health. I don't intend on building lots of muscles. But I can maximum go once a week. Will this make any difference at all? #health

Got shit from people for quoting More than two's 2nd edition where they talk about this issue. The criticizer said to me that the authors are two white women with no indigenous people being involved, quoted or cited and their own indigenous friends have no problem with sharing the term poly with us.
