But watching my players discuss a moral quandary and then seeing the horror on their faces when I revealed the outcome was honestly amazing.
I love building these stories and experiencing how they play out. I missed it so much, and I need to learn to trust in my ability more.
I finally got back to DMing today after a year away from it due to life and work.
I was shitting myself a bit, not gonna lie, I've been listening to some fantastic DMs and podcasts recently and got into my head about whether or not I'm good enough to create a worthy enough experience for people.
I've tried to be patient and understanding but something broke today. There's still no date or time on when it'll be fixed. I just want to feel human again.
This week marks 3 entire months since a leak occurred in my flat and I lost access to my shower and lights.
3 months of struggling to keep myself clean or wash in my apartment, of feeling so unclean i don't feel comfortable being on camera for stream or going to out.

According to my achievements I've done all but 1 optional boss in Clair Obscur (which I've gotten to, but it's a BEAST), and I think I'm comfortable with saying that this is one of the best games I've ever played.
