So I don't know what the overlap is between here and my Instagram but I thought I should cover my bases.
On 3/11 Monday/Tuesday at 12am I suffered a couple of strokes. It affected my motor and speech centers.
I was treated and released on Wednesday afternoon.
I'm doing well but wanted to share.

Ok so I still exist. Much to the dismay of some. I've been mostly off a lot of social media except the occasional peek.
What did I miss?

I applied for a real grown up job. I have the encouragement of a couple important folks. I'm absolutely sick with nerves. This is one of those potentially life changing things.

With that team I was hardly surprised. Absolute powerhouses.

I try to think "am I in a place to tell the person giving the compliment they are wrong?" Basically if I deflect the compliment I am insulting the person giving it.

Doing an employee staff pick at my theater soon. I wanted my beloved 1984 Dune, but due to legal bullshit it's unavailable.

Instead I'm excited to be showing Blue Velvet.
I've never seen it on the big screen so I'm genuinely pumped.

Ha! 14 and I knew exactly which one I got wrong before the results came in. Not too shabby for a heathen.

My favorite thing I've drawn in a very long time. A Hand of Glory. A gruesome artifact said to magically open any lock and cast light for only the person holding it among other other properties.
