You did a fantastic job! Your unexpected delays even gave me a bigger window to download the pack from the original page. I think everyone understands what's happening and supports that you had to do this. You're even going as far as offering keys to people who ask, that's above and beyond.

Pretty sure this is normal, don't worry about it. Steam keys typically don't appear for any game owned via a big itch bundle. People who got it that way will still be able to download the pack from itch (for now) while people who donated to the game individually will be able to redeem a key.
