The oak tree outside my apartment has started budding. I love this time of year, when everything begins to shift, each leaf arriving precisely when it should. I'm always in awe of nature's perfection. I don't think a day goes by that I don't notice it and reflect on it 🌱🌳🌿

Another Michelin restaurant ticked off the list! This tasting menu at Mari was pure art. Some of the rolls included ingredients like myeongran beurre blanc, Japanese bonito, gochujang remoulade, and lobster kalguksu. My love for Korean cuisine is borderline obsessive 🤌🏼
