No big 1000 word days, but over the last week and a half I’ve steadily chipped away each day and find myself with over 4000 words to paper.
I know for some that is only a couple days work, but for me it’s fast!

Unearthed this Andalite concept (based on the book series “Animorphs”) from back in 2022, it’s very clunky but you can see how the ideas evolved into the newest iterations!
So Mobilize + Kithbinding + Last Ronin’s Technique is a bonkers combo
Okay. Write a Pathfinder plot hook for the first time in MONTHS (he’ll, maybe even a year). Just like riding a bike once you get momentum.
Y’all know how pathfinder goblins are one of the best things about the setting? How we all love them, their songs, and their pyromania?
I think the Chitterwood article is my new favourite exploration of Golarion’s goblins. Go read it!
Reading it now! Worth the price of entry on its own!
This distribution of backmatter bodes EXTREMELY well for the three APs we know are coming up.
Haven’t done much more than a skim yet, but I was extraordinarily leased to see eight pages on Isger at the state level, eight pages on Chitterwood at the regionally, and eight more each on Elider and Saringallow municipally.
And so am salivating to read about Chitterwood

First impression of Hellbreakers: the backmatter has returned! There is plenty of worldbuilding in the back and it immediately reminds me of 1e adventure paths. Very pleased that Pathfinder’s longer explorations of regions and cities are back.
Cursed skipped words.
Did I expect a book about the social history of debutantes to serve as inspiration for Vampire the Requiem and Curseborne? No.
Am I surprised? Also no. TtRPG inspiration can be found almost anywhere!
But that’s said — I did NOT expect this book to spend a chapter modern day secret societies.
For the love of maple syrup, yes!
Y’all have no idea how much I wish I didn’t know who Pete Hoekstra is.
AI is *at best* an aggregator
it can't ask interesting questions and it can't care about the humans it's evaluating
gtfo
You can not copyright ideas, only expression of ideas
For a work to be eligible for copyright, it must have human authorship and be original
Notice how not a single one of those things applies to AI generated images or words?
Brand New Day by Rhymes with Orange. Is it the greatest song in the world? Nah. But tracking down music by Canadian bands who didn’t go big and haven’t published since 2003 is HARD and I have fond memories of it on the radio.

I want a TTRPG set in a far future Earth after mankind no longer exists. Replacing them are crabs. A crab civilization.
But it's also a dystopia. A funny one.
A funny, intelligent, crab dystopia.
Somebody get on it.
Holy shit, I finally tracked down a song I’ve been trying to find for a solid two decades.
Were/nerd
I was just wondering if that was going to happen yesterday
Me: I need you to write Changeling the Lost
My brain: Vampire the Requiem, now!
Pokemon has released a 30th anniversary logo for every single Pokemon. Quote with your favourite!

So true. We can practice intellectual humility and welcome good ideas that challenge us without giving our time to bad ones. Not every take deserves our attention, and refusing to engage with hatred is just setting a healthy boundary.
This. Please do so.
Putting down the news and playing Untitled Goose Game with my daughter
Welcome back Big Blue. We’ve missed you.
Hope is a hell of a thing.
