Lost my eyebrows once to weedkiller and sugar. Fortunately had already adopted safety glasses routine - so just a bedroom to redecorate!

Love the idea, when faxes were a thing I used to ring the office fax line. if I got the handshake then knew the office had not been burgled (as it was the most valuable thing).

But it would have been much more useful if it had sent me a fax while it was being removed (with a picture of rhe robber)

Just asked Google how long to get to somewhere - it said 29 minutes, Google maps, that we were using to navigate with said 15, and it was right. So within the same ecosystem it is confused!!

The other major find (I am approaching hypertension) is hibiscus tea.

If it interests you then there is a YT Ted Talk that put me on to it (look up Ted talk hibiscus) and after 3 days of taking it I saw a significant drop! (I measure 24/7 with an actiika).

That and 4/7/8 breathing have been good!

Tim Spector has interesting views on the whole salt issue - from memory - it has not actually been shown to have a role in hypertension (scientifically).

We had the good fortune of sharing camp time with her and Robin at CERLA and they were very gracious with their time - even setting up a handicapped race on the last day of camp (all races she won with ease!) And joining us for end of camp celebrations.
