That's pretty cool. I hope they have a lot of success, and we see more networks compete to make their *users* happy. (I'd even pay for such)

This is why corporations should not bend a knee to Trump. Itβs nothing but a downward spiral and no amount of corporate speak can cover the vileness of that!
Vice President JD Vance designed in the remastered version of Oblivion posted on reddit/r/gaming
Lol
allergies or temps get me this time of year. Hopefully it's not sickness
Is this sarcasm? I can't tell anymore... Remastering a game for modern hardware while preserving the originals spirit is making it for modern systems and that process doesn't come for free. They made a whole launch video describing an entire studio spending years doing it and the how/why..
We could have had lock boxes. But no... we ended up with several trillions in foreign wars, the largest terrorist attack on US Soil, several once in a lifetime economic crashes with a pandemic, and a 34-time felon driving our country into despair.
Yeah, I've been called out on this before like I was causing a problem for my library, but the flipside of the coin is for those books, they have many more eBooks available and they don't have the overhead of storing them or moving them around for interlibrary loans, so price isn't so binary :)
doom scrolling
It streams fine on my Series X. Go mansplain to someone else
and in any case, the game streamed even over browser far surpasses the graphic quality of OG release.
i've only tried it on my xbox and while it isn't true 4k, it is better than 1080p... are they limiting lg to just basic streaming?
A quick way to hop into Oblivion Remastered and enjoy it in 4k glory that's for sure.
Whether a retired person living in their van because they want to or a person who lost their home and lives in their car because they have to - we should provide and build services and supportive communities, and the machines of capitalism should support these people too. Criminalization is wrong.
Point is, if you provide services, provide safety, provide community, provide help, provide assistance, you don't have to criminalize things nor force it to be where people don't want it while making it illegal for people to camp whether homed or not. They're still people in every case.
Boulder Colorado - just hates campers so much they spent 1.8 million in 2 years on anti-homeless ordinances when that 2 million could have been spent on building out affordable boondocking or camping since this was largely vanlifers where they're failing to provide services to something in demand.
LA between 2021 and 2024 spent 3 million dollars enforcing anti-camping laws which resulted in only 2 individuals being homed.
Florida is known to spend 31k per chronic homeless person in enforcement and medical yet homing them would only cost 10k.
Instead of realizing this, they made public camping a crime across entire state.
You know it's a problem when we spend more money enforcing "anti-homeless" laws than actually solving issues that cause homelessness.
And those anti homeless laws are making it harder to travel and see the world because they make it illegal to camp.
Criminalizing "homelessness" is a big waste.
The CEO of starbucks is harming the kids who work for starbucks, so i wouldn't use starbucks as any measurement of quality.
A full 9 weeks after getting covid iβm just now getting back to an acceptable heart rate & oxygen intake. The first time i got covid i was not in the best of health or fitness and it lasted over 6 months. Huge difference it makes but dang i donβt want this to be a routine/seasonal thing
It's out right now!
So awesome! Thanks for the reveal AND release on same day!!

I glad we see verified checkmarks. I'm just curious how this will play out of federation is the goal - no other distributed social network could figure that out without taking away agency from admins or being suspectable to simple code changes on local views/clients.
Not sure why it was this hard to have a conversation
No, you can't import a feed, you can build your own feed. The built-in feeds for blusky are controlled by bluesky's webview and how they handle it. Graze just lets you build a custom feed of whatever you want - they get the entire firehose.
look, maybe bsky is shit for context but here's your own flow
