I’m not even confident Sanders starts the season as #Browns QB1. (For the record, assuming Browns don’t acquire a QB, I 100% support starting Sanders even though I think he’s not good at all.)

This Mobley take is right on. I was thinking a lot about Mobley last night during the #Cavs loss. The potential is undeniable, but he’s just way too inconsistent of a player. The Cavs look invincible when Mobley is executing on offense. When he’s not, they’re a very vulnerable team.
#Cavs got a super efficient performance from Harden and Ellis was great tonight hitting some big shots late. But Wade, Tyson, Schroeder-one third of their rotation-were brutal. They combined for 4 points on 1/11 shooting in 54 minutes. Can’t have that against a playoff-caliber team.
Frustrating loss for the #Cavs in Orlando in what was a very evenly matched game. Cavs ended up losing by 6 in a game where they missed 9 free throws (Magic also missed 9 but shot 11 more).
It’s a good question… IF the #Browns care about trying to win in 2026. If the organization doesn’t do anything to change its QB room, I think that is a clear sign that they’re going all-in to draft a QB in 2027 and are willing to sacrifice (another) season to do it.
I haven’t read anything complimentary of what the #Browns are doing along their OL so far. Seems like they’re overpaying guys who are at best average.
#Cavs get a 115-101 win over a depleted 76ers squad in a game that wasn’t nearly that close. Harden effortlessly poured in 21 and it was nice to see Ellis get going with 19 and a team high +25.
Not sure if the #Browns were interested, but they should have been. Willis has the most longterm upside of any of the available QBs.
#Cavs disastrous second quarter proved too much to overcome against a Celtics team that is a title contender with Tatum back. Cavs have 21 games in the regular season to turn themselves into a title contender.
#Browns still have the best DE in the division. (But I don’t love the idea of facing Crosby twice a year.)
If Chase can stay healthy, he’s a potential game changer for the #Guardians lineup this season.
Really good win for #Cavs tonight, who also didn’t have Allen down the stretch.
Really looked like #Cavs were flirting with disaster for a 2nd straight game, but ultimately held on to the Nets.
As a #Cavs fan, the Knicks and Celtics scare me a lot more than the Pistons. Cavs in the 4 seed now and that may be the place to be getting Pistons in round 2.
Obviously missing Mitchell and Harden was tough, but #Cavs also really missed Ellis tonight too, especially after Allen fouled out. Atkinson went to Porter, who was largely ineffective. Ellis would’ve been super useful in this one.
The good news is the #Cavs went into the East 1 seed’s house without their two best scorers and gave the Pistons everything they could handle. The bad news is the Cavs gave the game away late. That 100% should’ve been a win.
#Browns players did not like Stefanski or Berry. Somehow Stefanski was the only one shown the door at the end of the season.
Agreed. #Cavs also got an abysmal whistle as Bucks were allowed to foul at will all night in a game that came down to 2 points.
Seems less than ideal for #Cavs. At least it’s his non-shooting hand. Hopefully it’s fully healed by the playoffs.
Really good win for the #Cavs tonight over the Knicks. Cavs with a dominant second half to win going away 109-94.
Had this happened a year earlier, it seems possible, if not likely, that he would have reunited with Stefanski (who, ironically, is now in Atlanta) in Cleveland. Who knows how the #Browns season would’ve turned out in that case.
Considering #Cavs were down 23 in the first and were outscored by 24 from 3, kind of amazing that it was a two score game late in OKC. To the extent that game gives me any concern, it’s that the Cavs clearly have no clue what to do with Mobley on offense right now.
U.S. Men’s Hockey is golden for the first time since the Miracle on Ice 1980 Team. What. A. Game.
Score shows a tie, but Canada is absolutely dominating the US right now. Feels like it’s only a matter of time before the scoreboard reflects that.
As a Clevelander I didn’t grow up with an NHL team (and the Blue Jackets weren’t a thing until I left OH), so while I like hockey, I’m not really used to emotional stakes for a hockey game. Hockey (like soccer) is INTENSE when you have a true rooting interest.
Never going to complain about a road win on the second night of a back-to-back. #Cavs have now won their last 6 and 19 of 24.
Alysa Liu’s performance today was one of the most incredible sporting achievements I’ve ever seen. Not just because she absolutely nailed every bit of her routine, but because she so clearly was doing things on her own terms and genuinely enjoying herself. Amazing.
#Cavs comes out of the All Star Break strong, throttling the hapless Nets 112-84 in a game where the entire 4th Q was garbage time.
Incredible stuff from the U.S. Women’s Hockey team, which wins the Gold over their Canadian rivals after tying the game in the closing couple of minutes and winning it in the 3-on-3 OT.
It’s funny… through the first part of this season this #Cavs team was a ROUGH watch. But over the last month, they’ve played MUCH better and while the jury’s still very much out on the Harden acquisition, they’re now must see TV every game.
