I get EVERYTHING is short these days while also trying to grab your attention as soon as possible.

But the sensory overload and repetition of seeing the same stupid thing over and over makes me even less likely to be interested.

So unauthentic, loud, and irritating.

Im tired of the flashy ads online with music that is full of random noise to some sort of fast beat.

Please, good god, advertisers just tell about me and show me honestly how your product works with out dangling keys in my eyes and ears.

I feel that's the major appeal to and preference to eat watch smaller streamers.

Even if Im not directly interacting with them.

I remember all and sometimes miss the small streamers Ive had the pleasure of witnessing and talking with.

Im having conversations with my family I feel I should have years ago and how we are very similar in a cognitive boat due to share past traumas and how those have surfaced as adults.

Learning how to better identify, unhook from my emotions, be present, be more self-compassionate, and articulate my thoughts and feelings to my loved oneshas significantly improved my quality of life these past few months.

I have a sudden great want to have BGM music for my streams that sounds like OG Runescape but make it soothing and fairytale-y.

I started watching Sex and The City last night.

It is the most 2000s show Ive watched to date.

Why does the cinematography and editing remind me vaguely of Film Noir??
I also love the 4th wall breaks with Sarah Jessica Parker.

I need to find other shows that have these vibes.

We are eternally works in progress until the end of our days. Humans are messy and imperfect.

That's beautiful and something I feel having a deeper understanding and mindfulness of makes us closer to one another with that knowledge.

But it is SO easy to forget.

I really want to abolish the mindset in my brain that everyone has it all together and that Im inferior in comparison.

Its a very isolating way of thinking.

I have had that mindset my entire 20s and I do not need to carry that with me the rest of my life.

I reason that as just a monkey part of our brains trying to protect us from the potential dangers IE someone hating us leading to violence.

I usually thank mine for trying to protect me but we are ok and we know that isnt true.
