With that much emphesis on the EVERYTHING, I think I too would be similarly like ">.>" I think Argent Dawn is a big microwave in that respect, you don't simply get to rp there without being just that tiny bit cooked in some way or another, or without meeting a few "well done" individuals.
I... never thought about it like that. Quite possibly? I usually take it to mean that they're okay with their character being attacked/mugged/stolen from that kind of roleplay. Though maybe I'm naive.

Happened to an old group a couple of times. Some low fantasy magic hatin' crusader from somewhere "up't norf" (Most likely Redridge) was undefeated in combat for a while, but was eventually humbled by a few Kobolds with slings and pebbles. It was exciting to watch.
