Watching Frierenfor the first time. First episode, wow. I'm in for a treat. I can see why this caught on

Finished Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S1
Fun lil' slice of life with fantasy elements. Love all these silly dragons
Finished Voodoo Vince Remastered. Game's a solid 7/10. Could do without the high usage of death pits, and the final boss levels were a slog to go through
After reading Cinder and Steelheart, it's back to the series of A Court of Thorns and Roses with Mist and Fury.
I can see people are loving this book, especially lots of lady customers at work eyeing this very book
Ice day finally gave me an excuse to catch up with Fallout S1. Didn't realize the ending credits would also foreshadow the upcoming episodes the whole time.
Books: Reading Cinder after finishing Vengeful. Halfway done or so, and I'm loving this new take on a fairytale classic.
Video Games: Finished Assassin's Creed 2 and it's just as great as I remembered, despite tech issues. Now back to Mass Effect. Been a long while and it's gonna be a long one.
First game to play that's not a continuation: Assassin's Creed 2 on the Ezio Collection on PS4
My favorite AC game ever, and the models look off. Oh well. I'll take some of it while I replay a game that I loved over a decade ago.
Books of Marissa Meyer: Instant Karma, Arch-Enemies, Supernova
For years, I only went to Half- Price Books to buy retro games on the cheap if possible, aka game chasing. But given the state of gaming, that's on the back burner.
Now, I've been more actively reading since last year. And these are just a few I've got on my backlog. Guess I'm a reader now
Just thinking out loud, but i would really love a desktop app for bluesky. Could really give me a better incentive to not choose X
Well, looks like X has now putting artists on lockdown now that they are allowing their art to be edited without their permission. C'mon bluesky, put more muscle in your algorithm to really help this place to be an art haven!

I'm on Goodreads as a newly bloomed reader since I started to appreciate books more. Follow me if you like.
Been awhile since I been here, and seems fine here still. X/Twitter is now limiting reposting for some reason. Tsk Tsk on them
Watching Konosuba for the first time. 10 minutes in and I'm already in love with these doofuses
Played Detention for the Halloween home stretch. Game's pretty awesome for a point and click. Plus, it's made in my family's home country of Taiwan.
Scares work well, and it almost feels nostalgic, even though it takes place in the 60s.
Can't believe it took me so long to play this.
Sonic's the name, professionalism is my game. Sonic the Gent-Hog, at your service!
One week till Halloween! Which means it's time for a whole week of costumes! Today, I will rock you!
Playing Bendy and the Ink Machine for the first time
I heard this game is scary. Honestly, I'm whelmed. There's some scary stuff, but nothing that gets my blood pumped.
I guess I like the old timey aesthetic, and old school toons are charming.
I wonder if the Revival version does better
Next game up for scary season: Finding Frankie
Another FNAF inspired game, but you're in a Wipeout indoor park. And you gotta survive the obstacles and cursed mascots.
Right now, I like what I'm playing. Wish the game had controller support
Finished a game called Decarnation
A really harrowing story of a woman being abducted and held captive by a stalker
And her inner struggles are played strongly in game format
I would recommend, but player discretion is advised. But if you can look past such warnings, you're in for a treat
October is the season for scary movies! And I watched Blood Harvest.
Movie's okay I guess. Kind of saw the bad guy a mile away, but definitely had a clown off his rocker.
Not too gory, but definitely a lot of SA subtexts
Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world,... I feel like I can't take it. And my heart is just going to cave in.
I don't think I can take Labyrinth of the Demon King
Game's got a steep learning curve
Game's got two enemies that are seem unkillable
The centipedes are just a pain in the ass to deal with
I hope everyone else who likes it, enjoys it
I can't anymore
Labyrinth of the Demon King
Man, game's got a bit of a learning curve. I died a lot from basic enemies, but I wasn't gonna quit because of that.
Gotta get gud, as the youngins say
Best of luck to you ma'am. They will not pervert justice for their own means
What a thumbnail to see when you're about to tune into @steveofwarr.bsky.social
Just finished Crow Country for the spooky season
Shorter than I thought, but it's definitely sweet. Love the PS1 aesthetic and I might play again in the future for the S rank
I've reached LVL 39 of real life.
Hooray!
I enjoyed this. I was more blown away by the fact that this fable was actually what influenced Shakespeare to make Hamlet.
Question about ADHD/Autism
Is it normal for someone to suddenly remember a song from the second grade that you completely forgotten about for decades?
A song, about how to say hello in different languages?
Because that thought came right outta nowhere during work for no reason
I finally finished Undertale for the first time, and did the Pacifist ending. It's the sweetest ending I've ever seen. Man, if I played this way back then, I might've made this my favorite indie game of all time.
It still is great. Now what's next? Do I go no mercy run? Or go to Deltarune?
