Yesterday, SB25-276 passed in the Senate! The bill is now headed to the House.

SB25-276 strengthens CO laws by protecting public spaces like schools and hospitals and stopping local police from honoring ICE requests without a judicial warrant.

🚨 After passing two Senate committees, SB25-276 is heading to the final Senate vote this❗Monday❗ April 21 at 9:30 AM.
