Sometimes its okay to make the sketch scribbly on bits you cant construct, youll be able to fix it later once you know what youre trying to do

Draw outside of your comfort zone by using what ever media, character or setting youre interested in, youre more willing to put in effort and enjoy it when its something youd enjoy outside of art, keep all sketches, practice or not, in a single canvas to help prevent blank canvas syndrome
