The only thing you should measure wrestling booking by is fun. Was the booking fun? Does it lead towards more fun?

Fun means fans, Fun means money.

Wresting is an entertainment. I enjoy TK's booking because the shows are fun. I don't second guess every decision, I'm too busy having fun. #AEW

Are you not excited to see Ciampa in AEW now? Are you not excited for Fletcher getting a major match in his hometown? Not trilled to see a Briscoe ladder match?

2nd guessing the booking is okay, but I'll take the easy path and enjoy clever and unexpected booking that elevated a debuting wrestler.

I went from indifference about Ciampa signing to excitement in 3 match. It was also very fun. I liked it a lot.

I knew him but have never seen him wrestle. Ciampa was elevated by a title run that included some fantastic matches.

Why can't a booker create enjoyable televsion by flipping the tv title a few times in a month? Why let your expectations ruin the fun?
