Tried outdoor running in Bombay & had to stop every 350m to breathe! 😮‍💨 As someone who does 5K at 6.5-7/km on treadmill, the pace drop was brutal.

Coastal humidity is no joke! Any tips for this amateur adjusting to outdoor runs? 🙋🏽‍♀️💪🏽
