One of my favorite parts of the Hollywood Bowl is HOW MANY people are here at one time, enjoying music together.

A ridiculously perfect summer night at the Hollywood Bowl, ready to see Jesus Christ Superstar live for the first time. I've known it by heart since I was 7 years old. A long time family favorite.

Impulsively bought a ticket for Jesus Christ Superstar (seeing tonight's show) on Friday after I saw the first snips of scenes. Those tickets, that I bought straight from the Bowl for $212 are now going for $720+ on resale sites!

Yep. Cleared marinas, harbors, and beaches.

This is my favorite fireworks show by a lot. Makes me cry every time. This was my first time getting to appreciate the Main Street projections.

Really enjoyed the Rainbow Connection in this World of Color. Had a perfect spot along the rails to watch.

No second showing tonight. But loved World of Color, and I'm now on Main Street for Fireworks.

Got to do most of the Disneyland "new stuff" this afternoon- Fantastic 4, new Small World verse, Walt audio animatronic. Now taking a hotel break before the "Disneyland Night Time Gauntlet". World of Color, fireworks (while walking), Paint the Night. Excited for a new show and an old favorite.

Saw Johnny and The Thing while in line, and took a fun picture with Sue and Reed.

Controversial (maybe?) position- I think the sour cream and onion Mr. Fantastic mozzarella sticks is really good. I seemed to get a fresh one, that was gooey on the inside. I liked the addition of the seasoning to the breading. And I didn't mind the blue color. But it is definitely overpriced.

This is by far the coolest thing I've seen so far. Didn't get a video of the statue talking, but the 3D changes in expression are incredible.

So far it's pretty incredible. But I planned it meticulously, which is needed at this point, since lots of rides have issues
