Ah yes, I'd forgotten that scientific evidence could just be revoked and therefore made untrue. May as well stick your fingers in your ears and say "la la la I'm not listening"
AI simply cannot stand in front of a classroom, gesticulating wildly and writing semi-illegibly on chalkboards, both of which are key to building rapport and convincing your students you are worth learning from

Wikipedia editors trying to fend off the onslaught of AI crap have crowdsourced some telltale signs of LLM-generated writing; it might be handy for editors and proofreaders generally. Thanks to @ellenrykers.com for pointing me to it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikiped...
Baudrillardβs 4 stages of simulacra applied to pumpkin spice Stage one (next to picture of pumpkin): Initially the sign (image or representation) is a reflection of basic reality Stage two (next to picture of pumpkin pie): the sign masks a basic reality. The image becomes a distortion of reality Stage three (next to Starbucks pumpkin spice latte): the sign marks the absence of basic reality. The image calls into question what the reality is and if it even exists Stage four (next to jug of pumpkin spice flavored coffee mate): the sign bears no relation to any reality whatsoever; it is itβs own pure simulacrum

Doesn't necessarily stop... I've been reading the Alex Rider books with F - we've read most of them (~14) since Christmas. That's more fun than the magic key though, if I'm honest
There's dystopian and then there's whatever this is...
