Only 6% of Americans have served in the military. Only 1% are serving now. Wars are paid for with deficit spending, not tax increases. Wars don't effect most Americans so they don't care since it's not their kids' boots on the ground and they don't have to pay for the boots.

I'm not watching the game. Billionaire owners and millionaire players helping tv networks and the NFL make hundreds of millions of dollars over a game that most of us can't afford to attend.
