More of an observation than actually trying, but you're gonna wanna eat *a lot* more: anything that doesn't digest all that well and has a lot of fiber. Less meat and fat, more greens instead like rice and lentils, broccoli too if you want to rip mad ass~

The way I read the labels is that 'Graphic Media' is usually violence related, i.e. gore and the such.

Not sure if I would consider scat in art disturbing to the same level. But I suppose your concern of it (unwantedly) popping up for others out of nowhere is valid.
