I did this and though my hat goes off to her because of her determination to get back to her team, later can definitely open your body up to some things unwanted. I went back (personal trainer) after birth and meningitis and hit gym hard. By year one, i had back surgery which affect me 23yrs later

Trying to get the diagnosis on a child i was told identified as gifted and high IQ and was functioning and passing test they deemed impossible for adhd made it hard to diagnose. Instead diagnosed as ODD and it’s tiring to get through the process
