Rachel Reeves to soften non-dom tax changes It comes after critics warned the plans could prompt wealthy people to leave the UK.

This is what pisses me off the most about Labour's backtracking on non-dom status.

Reeves said: "We have been listening to the concerns that have been raised by the non-dom community."
