Never in the history of space has any initial development *not* blown up. You’re just paying attention now because the guy that owns the company is an asshole, but the people doing real science work are doing it right.

Take a fucking breath and talk with people like empathetic humans who live on a spectrum of understanding about the thousands of years of conflict in the region instead of:
-Intimidating and harassing Jews on their way to school or work
-Forcibly barricading people into offices
-Celebrating murder
Multiple things can be true at once:
-Israel has the right to defend itself from massacre and seek justice
-Hamas is a terrorist organization that prevents Gazans from finding peace and prosperity in Gaza
-Stop killing or threatening innocents. Period. Everyone.
I’m a progressive Democrat. Ran as a progressive, support progressives, believe in progressive policy goals.
Hamas-defenders and antisemites play-acting as “protestors” are not progressives. Outside of MAGA, no group’s behavior has solidified me more against their supposed policy demands than them.
Health care, like military or police, is a public good and necessary service.
This a la carte BS is inhumane. We need a basic standard of care for every human being in America. If the wealthy want to pay for comfier waiting rooms - go nuts. But basic health care should be a right in America.
The gobsmacking, shameless profiteering of US health care is charging me $200 for medication that should be covered by my insurance for free, but the doctor called it in to CVS instead of Rite Aid. And no time to work through the hours required to fix when a loved one is in pain.
