Yes, Dread First Book of Pandemonium (now called Pandemonio as it mixes former games Dread and Spite).
One of my favorite ideas came from Raphael Chandler's Dread: reach 0HP? You get back up with twice your normal number of HP (and more advantages) BUT your character will die at the end of the session, no matter what. Works very well in high action-oriented settings.
So cool to see a game inspired by the BSH!
