We didn't concede a single chance to a team that's effectively safe. Fuck their injuries, they still had two midfielders we tried to sign playing against us. We dominated entirely and our subs helped us chase it fairly well. Just a total sickener of a football match. Got to forget it quickly 😂
Don't think there was much in the stamp on Gruev in the City game but he did it. It wasn't vicious but he could've not done it. Little headbutts, tiniest kick outs. They get reds. Amps handball there's not much but he has done it. Frustrating not to get soft stuff but always have it punished. #lufc
I think people are just underestimating teams at the bottom as well, especially in away games. This is a really competitive league. I think Bruno Fernandes and Semenyo are the top captaincy candidates in the game right now. Consistent proven players.
We conceded zero chances to a team competing for Europe. It's a daft handball and the worst conceivable way to lose against a team playing the worst conceivable way when we're still in a relegation scrap. But hopefully by the end we can look forward to setting things right against them next season.
