Decided to remake an old illustration of this zone that I'd made a billion years ago seeing as it also got a new make-over in the game!

Are they open at 9am? Are they selling hotdogs at 9am? If yes to both, then it sounds like a perfectly fine time to eat a hotdog. We didn't make it to being adults just to be restricted by social expectations on when we may or may not eat hot dogs.
