Very methodical, very ergonomic, very paced. I got a good chunk of the bike lane and about four spots worth of parking cleared of snow.

Saw the city removing snow at all the corners, and that was REALLY GOOD to see. Had me charged all day.

I won’t be digging out all these curbs. I’ll dig out one fire hydrant. I’m so beyond tired of this selfish f’n city and its selfish ways.

Up early. I see tracks from snowblowers, entire sidewalk up the hill both sides, have had a snowblower visit.
Yesterday I shoveled out to each side of me abt. one house + curb don’t see/hear any snowblower.
To see entire block but my single house got a visit from snowblower kinda hurts.

Pagers were part of the digital change, and Compuserve & AOL began flooding in. Modems, Win95, heck Frutiger Aero was the vibe. Batteries let so many things become wireless, & themselves became rechargeable as the standard.

It didn’t need to nor was it a one-day task, and my son & daughter did help. I did the far majority of this, and keep maintaining it.

If I’m to spend what little energy I have, what limited heartbeats still rage in my chest, let it be lent to others to help their lives.

Why play this game? I asked myself. The solution is right here, my hands. My hands have solved these problems before & will solve this one now. It’s a tough one, though. Court & PD have been useless in a very demonstrable way.

Got ticketed & towed. Then he shoveled his *driveway* into where my car had been parked, making even more snow on the sidewalk. Just shoveled & left it there.

Had long moment discovering this. Dude made everything worse rather than just clear sidewalk. This is perplexing but also, mental health.

The city issued a ticket to this gentleman for not removing the ice and snow over a week after it fell. Rather than remove it, he called & had my car towed for being 14” from the curb.

He chased down a dang black dude, in his truck, with a shotgun as mayor. That’s who guides federal issues with Pennsylvania now: a dude who rode down a black man, with a shotty in his hand doing so, in 21st century America.

Leave. Resign. Go away. Your time has long gone to do so.

I shoveled clear three dang curbs of walkway today after watching an old man try to navigate a completely unshoveled corner across the street.
Yeah I’m disabled and yeah it hurt but it hurt more to realize if I didn’t, nobody will. And I discovered a pile of salt only 40’ away while clearing.
