Uncle Gus at Reading Terminal Market is the hot new place and it actually lives up to the hype. RTM is worth visiting anyway. John's Roast Pork in south philly is less convenient to you but also great. Same note for Paesano's in the Italian Market (not traditional cheesesteaks but great sandwiches)
