Seems the lesson for FG from the past 2 general elections is...not to have an election campaign.

Dissolve the gov one day, voting the next. #ge24

Like everybody, I studied Shakespeare at school and thought he was pretty good. But I keep encountering his writing and oh my god it's just phenomenal.

Never seen it live, is it easy enough to follow in person?

It's an oddly regressive proposal from PBP. We've already made public transport free for many people, and extremely cheap for students.

I'm confident that, for most other people, the cost of public transport simply isn't a factor in deciding whether to use it or drive

Very sensible suggestion. Discount fares at weekends encourage people to use public transport for leisure rather than getting in the car.

I'm obsessed by this trend. There's one where you're controlling a guy shooting at a horde of baddies and getting power ups. I genuinely want to play it but the game doesn't actually exist?

Hey, if you're still adding people please include me. It's been great interacting with actual real people on this

And Cillian Murphy was incredible. Another league entirely to Oppenheimer (even if it won't get him another Oscar). So much for him to sell and he did it. Everything down to the stiffness in his right shoulder when he's putting on his coat.

Just so excellent. Every detail perfect. The wear on the right shoulder of his jacket, the atmosphere of the kitchen at dinnertime, the two plates stacked on top of each other to keep the food warm. I felt extremely at home in the film. And it just makes the horror even more real.

Saw Small Things Like These last night. The absolute silence from the audience when the film ended is the best review I can think of.

Why would you vote for a party that doesn't want to be in government? Isn't that the whole point of being a political party? (Genuine question)

If the purpose is to "raise awareness" without making decisions then form as an NGO?

Strange decision to associate your political brand with O'Leary, given you never know what he's going to say. (Whatever else you think of the man). Bet there's comms people cringing that the FG logo is visible in this.
