The judgment is not even about the code of practice - it's about the interim update. Every single argument made against the interim update was dismissed by the judge.
Dwayne McDonald, BC RCMP to a reporter asking "Was *he* known to police" forcefully replies "The suspect is identified as an 18 yo *female*"
Later when asked about the trans reports he admits it saying he identifies them "as they chose".
