Certain b vitamins can also be problematic even though they are water soluble! You can develop serious nerve problems from over consuming B6. So many drinks and foods are fortified with high amounts too!

Wild birds, hornworms and pixies are the only creatures I know that can thrive on horsenettle berries. There’s still a few here and there, hanging on for dear life beneath a blanket of snow. The entire piece is hand sculpted by me, in polymer clay. #fairyart

Fellow artists with sensitive/fragile skin/rosacea- how do you protect your face from damage while using respirators to protect your lungs? I always break so many blood vessels wearing the darn things and they don’t go away. Any tips?

How do all? just thought I’d pop in and introduce the face behind the fairies. I’ve been sculpting figures for about 23 years now. As you can see, I’m not terribly fancy- I spend most of my time not sculpting with my cats, in the woods, and refining my culinary skills #fantasyartist #sculptor
