You’re billing me for an account you deleted and I can’t get support because I don’t have an account. You’ve billed me for six years of zero use.

I used the email associated with my account. The issue is the account has been dormant and you delete accounts after three years of inactivity, so your website doesn’t recognize my email address and associate it with that account.
