I have the reverse problem... taking 1-2 hours to fall asleep and then having difficulty waking up on time.
Have you tried just... not going to sleep to begin with? ... I have on occasion "reset" my system by shocking it with a forced 48-72 hour period of no sleep at all. #JustAnIdea

How does dental coverage work in the U.K.? Is it included as part of the NHS, or is it like in the U.S. where it's a separate thing and requires it's own insurance/financial system?

All you need is a sub/boy with a long chin beard and some horns you can strap to his head. I'll leave you to figure out how to milk him.
As an American, to see a label like that is very strange to me. Both unions and any kind of garment-type industry have been largely absent from the U.S. since the early 1980s. Leathers are a niche thing, so maybe it's an exception, although I don't know of any leathermakers here making Muir caps.
