I locked it to go get water and when I came back it wouldn't turn on again. According to the diagnostic light it's because a "Chipset “Catastrophic Error” signal has tripped". Awesome!

Also this morning it wouldnt turn on? I keep pushing/holding the power button on the laptop itself and the dock. Wasted like 10 minutes on that until I plugged in the charger, unplugged it, then tried again. The old laptop never had to have the charger plugged in bc the dock is supposed to charge it
