Are you using reporter cells? There have been a few papers. Nooti et al, 2023, PLoS ONE. There is also more in depth development of a reporter such as Schaub et al, 2015, Cancer Res. The cytometer you use will also impact detection. Feel free to pm me! Happy to try to help.
The MDC meeting was one of the first chances I've had to present my thesis work, where we the impact on BCL-2 antagonism on intact viral DNA. This is still very much a work in progress, but the study is very promising! #HIV #IDsky #HIVcure #Tcells
