I bring up the last question about fluxing in toggles because I've shown a few people you're progress and their response was "It's still very limited though."

Fleshed out you would want to go. We going all in? Even if you made it for simple things like clothing toggles get fluxed in and the user has a default thing built into their hand menu. That would still be huge.
It's unfortunate people are going to think this is just going to be minimum

If you figured out how to take VRCs toggle stuff and had it auto convert into flux on the model. It would be such a huge power move for peeps to move over comfortably.
I'm talking a Huge hurdle cleared. However that sounds like so much work on the backend. Depends on how worth it and

Would it also apply all their dynamic bone values or would that need to be redone? Like can you shake your model around to see the values in the unity window?
I'm trying to figure out what would be the limit for things they wouldn't have. Shaders. Toggles in their hands menu.

Yeah that's what I figured. One of the biggest things I get asked from VRChat users is how they can use their Unity package.
So if I'm understanding this correctly, them being able to bring that package to Unity and then the SDK. This is huge.
Definitely need a promo video on how to do it.

Super fair to be honest.
I more so meant, depending on how the unity thing goes. If you're able to bring in a custom shader at some point. Even the less savvy will be about to crash users.
Honestly however, I could care less. We have better moderation tools.
Give me my grass shader dammit

Man, custom shaders will be such a game changer for #Resonite. The first thing I want to make is a grass shader and water.
It'll also be the point where things could go wrong. People making unoptimized shaders or even crasher shaders.
One day optimized grass, you shall be mine.

I will say for the first MMC I really appreciated you quickly making a change in the displacement material.
I had brought up how it'd make trees look so much prettier in maps if displacement had a dual sided option.
I think by the next day it was in.

Agreed. Giving people convenience is also a way to disarm angry people.
You can say on your end you've exhausted every way to show people what you're looking at AND giving them examples of what are the proper channels.

Issues that are a year or older that have been sitting there. I think there is one with high votes for a bug about the rig transfer tip having issues.

Shooting yourselves in the foot and I'm wanting to change but the official channels feel ignored.
I also took a glance for about a months worth of bug fixes and I noticed it consistently had a lot of the same power users. Which kinda goes with what I said earlier.
